Entrambi erano molto pazienti con me. Ascoltano bene e sono sempre desiderosi di trovare nuovi argomenti di cui parlare. Me hanno fatto parlare.
Potevo passare tutti il giorno con loro o poteva ritirarmi – come volevo.
Camera grande. Stanza aggiuntiva con un tavolo dove potevo lavorare.

Alessandro and Serena made me feel so welcome, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The vegan food was delicious, and my room was spotless. My Italian improved a lot as they were patient and kind helping me with the language. It was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend staying with them!

I had a wonderful week and enjoyed the peaceful and quiet house, the villages nearby, the environment, the montains and most of all Serena and Alessando's great hospitality. We regularly had breakfast, lunch and dinner together and for those who want to speak Italian, this is the perfect place!

Le mie vacanze da Serena e Alessandro sono state meravigliose. Sono dei cuoci bravissimi e persone premurose e amabili. Abbiamo fatto passeggiati bellissimi e le nostre conversazioni erano molto divertenti e ricchi. Ho migliorato i miei conoscenze d'italiano e ho imparato molte altre cose.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso da Serena e Alessandro. Mi hanno mostrato i bellissimi dintorni e mi hanno consigliato diversi percorsi da fare in bici. I propriatari sono molto simpatici, gentili e interessanti. Ho mangiato benissimo e la casa era molto pulita. Un posto da raccomandare.

Some of the kindest people you will ever meet. They have a lovely home in a beautiful mountainous area. If you like nature, Italian culture, and delicious vegan food, then I highly recommend staying here. They truly care about creating a welcoming and relaxing space.

The atmosphere was friendly and cordial, we spoke very much and the hosts were very patient and helpful when I had difficulties to find words (my language level is A1 :p ), both of them are very interesting conversation partners.

Our house is located in the mountains at 800 m., in Valtellina and we both work from home.
The place where we live is very quiet, there are only 22 residents in this village, but during the summer season there are many more!
Woods and mountains are the main features of the place where we live. Stores and other services are close... but not too much.
We love spending a lot of time with our foreign guests and... we try to spend most of our days in contact with nature.
We regularly do trekking in the mountains, we enjoy collecting edible wild herbs, reading and listening to music, we don’t have television, we can spend hours watching the clouds move in the sky, we love any animal form and we love cooking and eating, but only vegan food.
If you have the same interests of us or if you would like exploring some of our activities we are willing to share our days and experiences with you.
But not only...
Our everyday routine is also do shopping in the store or at the farmer’s market, meet some friends, talk with neighbours and sometime visit the nearby Como lake.
All this offers our foreign guests the opportunity to loose themselves in the Italian culture and language.
