The financial side of a paid language homestay contract
A Guest confirms a reservation by purchasing a booking voucher once the terms of the homestay have been agreed. This automatically generates the Contract, which outlines all the important financial elements of the booking:
• A clear breakdown of the cost of accommodation, plus any additional items requested, such as language lessons, pick-up and drop-off from the airport or paid activities.
• An explanation of how the booking voucher is calculated. You will also receive details of any request from the Host for a deposit.
• When and how the Host would like to receive payment.
