The financial side of a Paid Language Homestay Contract

Once the Paid Language Stay Contract has been signed by both members, the Guest confirms their reservation by paying for the stay to Lingoo, together with a Booking Voucher and any applicable Guest’s charges.
This payment is made in one or two payments, depending on the date of the booking, and the method of payment. The booking is confirmed once the payment has been received.
This automatically generates the PDF printable Contract, which outlines all the important financial elements of the booking:
• A clear breakdown of the cost of accommodation, plus any additional items requested, such as language lessons, pick-up and drop-off from the airport or paid activities.
• An explanation of how the Booking Voucher and other charges are calculated.
Hosts are paid by Lingoo via our payment partner Tipalti. They receive 70% of the Guest’s payment from Lingoo on the first day of the stay and the remaining 30% one day after the end of the stay.
