"My son is currently doing his A-levels in German and French. He is already bilingual, since I am Austrian. He wants to learn more about Germany and live with a family for a while. In exchange I think London is a great city with a lot of things to see and visit. There are always events at the Southbank near the Thames and also local events, which are nice for young adults (teenagers). Many concert halls and museums with a lot of exhibitions at the Tate Modern. We live in Islington, North London, which is close to Camden Town (the Market) and Hampstead Health. Our house is in a quiet residential street and there are many ways of getting around. We are very friendly and would love to have a similarly interested child/teenager that wishes to improve his/her English language skills to stay with us, whilst Johnny is with their family. Johnny is a good bass guitar player and plays in a band. He listens to a lot of music. He also plays a bit of computer games, but at the moment he has to do more studying. He has a lot of good friends and goes out once a week at the weekend with his friends. I am a medical secretary, and also work as an art-therapist. My husband is an architect. Our daughter Rosie currently is doing a one year teacher training, she is 19 years old. The 4 of us live in a house (its an apartment in a house). We also have a garden and a cat called Luna."
